Mohammad was born in 1974, is married and is the father of three. Mohammad has never attended school, as there was no transpiration from his village to the closest school. He moved to Tasiltant and at first was only working in agriculture, but then met a local artisan and learned the craft of toy making. Now he works from his house sewing and creating new products to be sold in the souk, the local marketplace. He has been frustrated with the middlemen and how they have exploited him. He wants to be able to sell directly to costumers.
These toy camels are made from leather and other colorful local materials. The perfect child friendly gift, bringing a piece of Morocco to your home.
