How long is a typical consultation session?

Consultation sessions are charged by the hour at 200 MAD per hour. Most initial consultations last 1-2 hours, but we're flexible based on your needs. For complex projects, we may recommend multiple sessions to fully explore all aspects of your vision.

Yes! We offer both in-person consultations at our Fez location and remote consultations via video call. Remote sessions work well for initial project discussions, business partnerships, and general guidance. For color matching and some design work, in-person sessions may be more effective.

How does custom color creation work?

Our artisan team can match colors to samples you provide or create entirely new colors based on your specifications. At 40 MAD per color, we'll develop the dye formula, create test samples, and refine until we achieve exactly what you envision. Each custom color is documented so it can be reproduced consistently for your project.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before scheduling a consultation?

Not at all! Many of our clients come with general ideas or questions, and we help refine and develop concepts during the consultation. Whether you have a detailed vision or just the beginnings of an idea, our team is here to provide expert guidance and help you explore possibilities.

What should I bring to a consultation?

Bring any inspiration images, color samples, reference materials, or measurements that relate to your project. If you're working on a specific design, sketches or digital mockups are helpful. For color matching, physical samples work best. Don't worry if you don't have everything - we can work with whatever you have.

What's the payment process for consultations?

We will provide an invoice where you can pay by card, bank transfer, or cash in person.

Consultation fees are separate from production costs, as they cover the dedicated time and expertise of our artisan team. However, if you move forward with a substantial project, we're happy to discuss how we can structure pricing that acknowledges your consultation investment.
